I'm an edtech-y type person who thinks that the most important and interesting work in academic is happening in the fringes (digital humanities, edtech, etc.)
Currently, I'm Special Projects Coordinator the Division of Teaching and Learning Technologies at the University of Mary Washington. Mostly, I do Web development to support the online teaching antics of our faculty. I'm also a freelance Web designer.
I've worked as an administrator in higher education IT and as an instructional technologist. I have a degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College @ Columbia Univ.
I like to crochet and watch bad television (sometimes at the same time.)
