Since I'm applying for the waiting list, I'll keep it short. I have been teaching ESL for about 14 years. I am currently in the research phase of my PhD dissertation, studying student motivation. While working on my BA I dabbled in web design. Shortly after graduation, I got busy with other things and my web knowledge fell behind the advances of the day and got rusty.

The web can be a great place to communicate and educate and so I want to bring my skills back up to speed so that I can take advantage of it.
