I'm a High School Social Studies teacher and Department Chair who also teaches American History at York College of Pennsylvania. I've been a developer and designer for Moodle and WordPress for local educational institutions, and have experience with and interest in SketchUp, Google Earth, and augmented reality. In the age of heavy educational budget cuts, I'm very interested in the possible role of digital humanities projects in offering educational content to K-12 institutions. I'm also a "maker," and am interested in the hardware and software of permanent and mobile installations that offer educational interactivity. Can't remember my best Galaga score, but I'm pretty awesome at Game Dev Story for Android!
